Typical Induction Menu

Breakfast
Eggs, scrambled or fried in butter with:
bacon, ham, sugarfree sausage or Canadian bacon
Decaff. Coffee or tea
water

Lunch
1 cup salad greens
1 cup sliced turkey or ham (sugarfree)
2 tbsp sugar free Dressing of choice
Or:
Cheeseburger or bacon cheeseburger, no bun
Sour Pickle
1-2 cups tossed salad (choose low carb veggies)
Salad dressing of choice (sugarfree)
Or:
Assorted cold cuts and salad as above

Dinner
2 cups salad greens with 2 tbs dressing or 1 cup steamed vegetables assorted, from the permissible vegetable list
Steaks, roasts, chops or fish
diet jello with artificially sweetened heavy cream

Snacks
2 oz cheddar cheese, 1 serving sugarfree jello

Be sure to drink 8 or more glasses of water a day!
